Compensation: $226,000 – $339,850 USD

What you will do

• Define and execute the end-to-end agentic AI strategy and roadmap across product lines.
• Lead global engineering teams in building and scaling AI-powered customer experiences.
• Establish operational models for LLMOps, AI validation, and performance monitoring.
• Partner with platform engineering to deliver self-service AI capabilities and infrastructure.
• Drive the evolution of multi-agent orchestration and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with business leadership to align AI delivery with revenue growth and retention goals.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software product delivery (SaaS).
• 10+ years of executive leadership experience managing global, distributed teams.
• Proven expertise in scaling AI/ML products, specifically GenAI, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI deployment.
• Fluent in English with high-level executive communication skills.
• Must be based in the USA; requires 20-30% domestic and international travel.

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• Domain experience in audit, tax, risk, or compliance software.
• Experience with organizational transformation and agile operating models like co-located pods.
