Technology Implementation Manager

TL;DR

Technology Implementation Manager: Ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of technical aspects of client implementation projects with an accent on providing technical thought leadership and SME value. Focus on analyzing business requirements from Product Management and Customers, supporting the development and implementation of business processes and providing comprehensive client support including resolution of product issues.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month), 40% must be in-office at a hirify.global location in the continental US.

Salary: $98,500.00 - $172,675.00 USD

What you will do

• Ensure the high-quality, cost-effective, and timely delivery of the technical aspects of client implementation projects.
• Provide technical thought leadership and SME value related to client interactions.
• Analyze business requirements from Product Management and from Customers.
• Support the development and implementation of business processes including service delivery, technical support, content support, QA, testing, and content management.
• Provide comprehensive client support including resolution of product issues, and content management updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7 years of experience as a Technology Implementation Consultant or related occupation.
• 7 years of experience in Java and .Net.
• Experience with Object-Oriented development.
• Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture.
• API development experience, and client support and relationships.
