• Develop and maintain standardized technical operational processes and procedures across the local data center portfolio.
• Review and approve high-risk emergency operating procedures and commissioning documentation.
• Manage technical library content to ensure global accessibility and operational compliance.
• Execute performance risk assessments and audit system reporting files.
• Collaborate with operations teams to drive continuous improvement in technical service delivery and site uptime.
• Lead and influence operational excellence while solving complex technical challenges across the data center fleet.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by export regulations (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
• Proven experience developing and maintaining standardized technical operational processes in a data center environment.
• Technical knowledge of high-risk emergency operating procedures and critical facilities commissioning standards.
• Experience conducting operational risk assessments and ensuring compliance with data center standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand departmental impact on uptime and service.

Nice to have

• Specific experience with large-scale AI hyperscale data center environments.
• Advanced certifications in Data Center Management or relevant engineering disciplines.
