What you will do

  • Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion rates.
  • Coordinate end-to-end marketing projects, ensuring alignment across SEO, PPC, CRM, and product teams.
  • Create regular reports and insightful presentations to support commercial and marketing decision-making.
  • Manage project timelines, briefs, and tasks using tools like Jira to ensure timely delivery.
  • Test and scale new acquisition channels while improving patient engagement metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives from brief through to optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for influencing stakeholders and presenting data-driven reports.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Drive, Sheets) and data/project tools like Jira.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the healthtech or direct-to-consumer sector.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Lightdash or Looker.
