What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor to regional partners on positioning and delivering solutions.
• Drive partner technical enablement through certifications, workshops, and hands-on training.
• Collaborate with partner sales teams on demos, solution design, and proofs of concept.
• Develop repeatable technical sales plays and reference architectures.
• Represent the company technically at industry events, webinars, and partner briefings.
• Act as the technical escalation point for partners in coordination with internal field teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Pre-Sales.
• Proven experience working with national partners, VARs, or distributors in enterprise IT.
• Strong knowledge of storage, data infrastructure, networking, and cloud architectures.
• Excellent presentation and training skills for both small and large audiences.
• Ability to travel as needed to support national partner coverage.
• Strong relationship-building skills across technical and business stakeholders.
