What you will do
- Lead a Customer Success Engineer team.
- Ensure customers are trained to drive successful adoption of hirify.global HashiCorp solutions.
- Articulate best practices to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Define customer success plans during the sales process.
- Establish onboarding and enablement plans.
- Support customer deployments of first and additional use cases.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a manager of managers of technical teams.
- 10+ years of people management in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Sales Engineering.
- At least 5 years in a customer-facing/customer success role.
- Proficiency in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.
- Proficiency and/or knowledge of HashiCorp tools such as Terraform, Vault, and Consul is a plus.
- Must have the ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience leading and developing diverse technical teams, including Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Implementation Engineers.
- Deep subject matter expertise in HashiCorp architecture, tools, and products.
