What you will do
- Lead global creator strategy across regions, ensuring cultural nuance and brand framework consistency.
- Develop scalable global playbooks and toolkits to empower regional team execution.
- Partner with global stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and NA to align measurement and strategy.
- Build creator ecosystems for technology brands, focusing on culturally relevant storytelling.
- Identify cross-market trends and innovation opportunities within tech and mobile ecosystems.
- Participate in global client meetings, occasionally working evenings to accommodate different time zones.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in influencer strategy within an agency or brand environment.
- Proven track record of developing strategic playbooks for global teams.
- Deep understanding of major social platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Experience working with technology, consumer electronics, or platform brands.
- Ability to navigate regional market nuances and collaborate with cross-cultural teams.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings to support global client time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience leading global or multi-market creator programs with adopted frameworks.
- Korean language fluency or proficiency.
