What you will do

  • Build and manage a roster of creators, developing long-term strategic growth plans.
  • Drive new business through partnerships, ambassadorships, licensing, and product launches.
  • Lead all stages of brand collaborations from pitch to contract negotiation and delivery.
  • Collaborate with publicists and commercial teams to provide comprehensive career support.
  • Cultivate relationships with brands and agencies to expand talent positioning.
  • Stay current on industry trends and revenue models across all major social platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships.
  • Established roster of existing talent and industry network.
  • Strong commercial instincts and experience in structuring complex commercial contracts.
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing and social media landscape.
  • Detail-obsessed, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
