What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic growth plans for a select roster of creators.
• Lead end-to-end brand collaborations, from initial pitch and negotiation to campaign delivery.
• Identify and secure new revenue streams including publishing, syndication, product licensing, and IP development.
• Expand and maintain a strong network of brand and agency relationships.
• Support talent in launching off-platform ventures such as live events and commercial product lines.
• Monitor industry trends and platform updates to provide actionable insights for talent career development.

Requirements

• Proven track record in talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Established network of agency and brand connections.
• Demonstrated experience in structuring and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing and the social media landscape (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
