What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns for major clients.
• Optimize campaign budgets, targeting, tactics, and creative assets to meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with Senior Account Strategists to provide proactive communication and operational support.
• Monitor campaign performance, including 3rd party attribution, and provide short-term optimizations.
• Analyze data from various sources to inform campaign recommendations and overall strategy.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and identify key seasonality trends to anticipate performance needs.

Requirements

• English proficiency: Fluent (C1 level)
• Proven experience in campaign management or performance media operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for working with internal and external partners.
• Excellent project management and coordination capabilities.
• Strong analytical mindset for reporting and performance troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona, Spain.
