Location: Remote or hybrid based in Arlington, VA (requires two days a week in the Arlington, VA office unless traveling)
Salary: $118,083 - $173,714 (OTE includes base salary and commission target)

What you will do
- Expand the scope and scale of First Alert adoption, driving successful customer outcomes.
- Design and implement scalable programs integrating First Alert into customer workflows.
- Partner with Customer Success colleagues to drive product adoption, renewal, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships through capability briefings, product demonstrations, and regular check-ins.
- Serve as a First Alert platform expert, ensuring customer engagements support organizational goals.
- Collect customer feedback and articulate recommendations for First Alert product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience AND 5-8 years of customer success/account management experience.
- Specific experience supporting the public sector, including State and Local Governments.
- Knowledge and/or experience with publicly available information and real-time alerting needs of public sector organizations.
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, to communicate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences.
- High level of accountability and ability to execute independently on multiple projects and deadlines.
- Must be willing and able to travel to client sites within assigned territory domestically, as needed (approximately 30%).
