What you will do

• Partner with clients to understand their business and investment processes and provide solutions using hirify.global products.
• Provide support for hirify.global applications and create custom hirify.global models, screens, and automated processes.
• Plan and lead product trainings in client offices and at training seminars.

Requirements

• Experience or desire to be client facing in a support role.
• Proficiency at learning and using new technology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in both French and English (must have)
• Ability to build relationships and work on teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills
• Currently enrolled in a M2 program, with diploma and university transcripts received no later than May 2026 or recent M2 graduates.
