What you will do
- Define business requirements across GTM functions to develop impactful enablement solutions.
- Create and manage learning content for global teams to support enablement at scale.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Services, and Support teams to build high-impact Client Success onboarding.
- Design and implement training programs for new product launches and certifications.
- Lead strategy and content for the new Partner Portal.
- Collaborate on deploying Showpad to manage content delivery throughout the client lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in L&D, Client Success, or Sales Enablement.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Proven ability to design and deliver educational programs to drive customer adoption.
- Experience as a strategic partner to leaders and team members.
- Strategic problem-solving skills with experience building enablement blueprints.
- Excellent command of English for large-scale corporate communication.
