What you will do

• Orchestrate hirify.global's digital visibility across major LLMs (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity) using AEO and GEO strategies.
• Perform gap analysis on AI queries to flip competitive narratives in favor of hirify.global.
• Manage full-funnel paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and LinkedIn.
• Integrate traditional SEO with prompt engineering to optimize content for both human readers and AI crawlers.
• Own and optimize the marketing AI stack, chaining tools to scale content and automate technical schema updates.
• Track and report on the customer journey from AI-generated answers to website conversions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or SEO, with at least 1–2 years focused on AI-driven strategies or AEO.
• Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and how to structure data for AI ingestion.
• Expertise in GA4, Google Ads, and SEMrush.
• Proficiency with AI-visibility platforms like Profound or Promptwatch.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in the database or high-tech B2B SaaS industry.
• Proficiency in Python or SQL for data analysis and marketing automation.
• Documented portfolio of GEO wins where brand visibility improved in AI responses.
