What you will do
- Own the execution and optimization of paid marketing across Google Ads and other emerging platforms.
- Design and execute creative, audience, and bidding tests to drive efficient customer acquisition.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to increase campaign efficiency and testing velocity.
- Collaborate with analytics, product marketing, and content teams to align campaigns with full-funnel objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data using GA4 and BI tools to provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting relevance and personalization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with expertise in paid search.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for managing large data sets and campaign reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Ads Scripts or API integrations.
- Demonstrated history of using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows and outputs.
