What you will do
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across major paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, etc.).
- Manage large budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI and CAC performance.
- Partner closely with analytics, product, and creative teams to improve funnel performance and post install metrics.
- Manage creative testing pipelines, scaling best performing assets and ensuring brand consistency.
- Evaluate new UA channels, technologies, and measurement frameworks to enhance acquisition efficiency.
Requirements
- 3 years of hands on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, preferably for mobile products.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Deep understanding of MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and attribution models (CTIT, re attribution, SRNs, etc.).
- Experience managing large paid budgets and optimizing campaigns towards ROI/CAC goals.
- Proven ability to interpret data, build hypotheses, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Solid understanding of creative testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
