What you will do

• Own the strategy for AI tooling, infrastructure assessment, and context management practices.
• Collaborate across teams to evaluate operational systems for agent interoperability and future-proofing.
• Foster a culture of hands-on prototyping and fast-paced delivery over long-term planning.

Requirements

• Proven track record in driving AI-led business transformation and high-agency problem solving.
• Hands-on experience with emerging AI models, tools, and frameworks.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse, non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience building cross-functional bridges and leading change management in a global environment.
