What you will do

• Design and implement internal fintech systems, ensuring reliable data flows across underwriting and payment operations.
• Build decision workflows and applications using platforms such as Taktile and Retool.
• Develop datasets and signals to power predictive financial decision-making for credit, fraud, and AML.
• Automate manual operational processes to reduce complexity and increase throughput.
• Integrate external APIs into the internal infrastructure to maintain data accuracy.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in data systems, operational tooling, or analytics infrastructure.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience building internal applications or decision systems using tools like Retool or Taktile.
• Strong background in working with APIs and external system integrations.
• Ability to structure complex datasets for operational decision-making.
• English proficiency required for communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, credit, or underwriting systems.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning for high-cost decision engines.
• Experience in marketplace infrastructure.
