What you will do

• Own and prioritize the Payments & Insurance product roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Act as Product Owner within agile teams, managing backlog and sprint activities
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, finance, and external partners to deliver customer-centric solutions
• Use customer research and analytics to inform product decisions and monitor industry trends
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and security standards
• Define and track success metrics to drive continuous product improvement

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom or able to work hybrid from Liverpool
• 5+ years experience as Product Manager or Product Owner in payments, financial services, or insurance
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience managing regulated financial products and compliance requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions

Nice to have

• Experience with payment gateways, wallets, billing, or insurance lifecycle systems
• Familiarity with financial services regulations
• Experience working with third-party vendors and APIs
• Exposure to scaling products in high-availability or high-volume environments
