Lead Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Lead Product Manager (Fintech): Overseeing day-to-day operations and governance of the CCH Axcess™ Marketplace and API ecosystem with an accent on vendor intake, policy management, and operational automation. Focus on streamlining partner workflows, ensuring compliance, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize platform performance and adoption.

Location: Hybrid role (8 days/month onsite) required in Coppell, TX, Wichita, KS, or Kennesaw, GA.

Compensation: $107,500 – $188,400 USD + Bonus.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end vendor intake process, including technical validation, listing QA, and publishing workflows.
• Enforce content standards, listing governance, and compliance rubrics for the marketplace ecosystem.
• Design and implement automation for repetitive operational tasks using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Monitor API governance and partner integration quality, ensuring adherence to security and versioning requirements.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards to report on marketplace adoption, invoice performance, and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to align ecosystem growth strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS operations or partner/marketplace management.
• Practical experience designing automation processes with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of API governance and developer-experience principles (REST, authentication, versioning).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional workflows with established SLAs.
• Experience in data analysis and building BI dashboards to track performance metrics.
• Excellent structured writing skills for policy documentation, partner guidance, and executive reporting.

• Domain knowledge of the U.S. tax and accounting ecosystem.
• Involvement in invoice or disbursement support for partner programs.
• Familiarity with developer portals and technical documentation reviews.
