What you will do
- Define product strategy and roadmap for the trading and brokerage ecosystem.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and QA to ensure high-quality, timely releases.
- Lead internal product training and rollout initiatives for operations and support teams.
- Define and monitor success metrics to optimize product performance based on data.
- Work with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure all developments meet regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience within the fintech sector.
- Proven technical fluency to collaborate effectively on APIs, database structures, and system architecture.
- Experience with data-driven prioritization frameworks such as RICE or Kano.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

- Demonstrated success in launching or scaling trading/brokerage products.
- Strong commercial acumen regarding revenue impact and user experience.
- Track record of delivering measurable outcomes in high-growth environments.
