Salary: £76,194 – £89,640

What you will do

  • Lead feature teams to release incremental value across workplace pension propositions.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog by translating customer needs into actionable work items.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and support.
  • Manage key governance checks to ensure all changes are safe, compliant, and protect customer outcomes.
  • Utilize data to prioritize features and demonstrate product value.
  • Foster team growth and improve collaborative workflows within Scrum or Kanban frameworks.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Workplace Pensions business and knowledge of pension products/processes.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner.
  • Strong background in building or enhancing digital journeys.
  • Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at a senior level.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct line authority.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with data migration, online servicing platforms, or permissions and entitlements.
  • Comfort working with budgets and forecasting.
