What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your assigned territory through outbound outreach and networking.
- Meet customers face-to-face to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Use value-led sales approaches to win new business and consistently hit performance targets.
- Develop deep product knowledge to offer tailored solutions and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent the company as a professional ambassador and build long-term relationships with local members.
- Collaborate with the wider team to share field insights that improve products and sales processes.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role, with field-based experience highly preferred.
- Confidence in building relationships and engaging new prospects directly.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills suited for a field-based environment.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with a genuine desire to learn and develop.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Full UK driving licence is required.
