What you will do

• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your assigned territory through outbound outreach and networking.
• Meet customers face-to-face to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
• Use value-led sales approaches to win new business and consistently hit performance targets.
• Develop deep product knowledge to offer tailored solutions and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Represent the company as a professional ambassador and build long-term relationships with local members.
• Collaborate with the wider team to share field insights that improve products and sales processes.

Requirements

• Strong experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role, with field-based experience highly preferred.
• Confidence in building relationships and engaging new prospects directly.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills suited for a field-based environment.
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with a genuine desire to learn and develop.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
