What you will do
- Architect and deliver end-to-end AI solutions ranging from agentic workflows to retrieval-augmented pipelines.
- Develop scalable AI-driven business process automations and LLM-integrated applications.
- Integrate diverse enterprise data sources into intelligent workflows and orchestration frameworks.
- Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks, including security concerns and system failure scenarios.
- Deliver functionality incrementally to ensure business stakeholders can provide rapid feedback.
- Lead technical workstreams and mentor junior team members on AI best practices.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Central Europe.
- 3–7+ years of experience in software, AI, or ML engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, including concurrency and performance-aware design.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, managing API costs, and navigating model behaviors in production.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI fundamentals and orchestration tools like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices including Docker and Kubernetes.
Nice to have
- Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and citing verifiable claims.
- Experience implementing guardrails against prompt injection and hallucinations.
- Systematic approach to benchmarking and optimizing complex LLM call chains.
- Judgment on the operational trade-offs of agentic vs. conventional architectures.
