What you will do

• Develop and implement backend architectural solutions for document identity verification.
• Build and optimize Python-based AI/ML systems for document processing.
• Integrate backend services with React web applications and mobile SDKs (Swift/Kotlin).
• Contribute to technical strategy and platform development for document verification.
• Apply software security best practices including secure SDLC and cryptographic implementation.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical design discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a backend and ML focus.
• 2+ years in senior engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems and microservices.

Nice to have

• Experience with React/TypeScript, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Knowledge of modern ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
