Unigox — next-generation non-custodial P2P crypto platform that seamlessly connects fiat and crypto. Founded by Paxful’s ex-co-founder. We use ZK-TLS technology to automatically verify bank transfers in real time — privately and instantly, without screenshots or manual checks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and proactively reaching out to crypto projects, wallets, exchanges, DeFi platforms and fintech companies
- Driving business development and strategic partnerships: negotiating and closing direct API integrations of Unigox payment infrastructure
- Building and expanding a strong network of key decision-makers (CTO, Head of Payments, CPO, Growth leads)
- Owning the full BD cycle — from first contact and relationship building to contract negotiation, signing and technical handoff to the integration team
- Analyzing the crypto payments market, competitor landscape and partner needs to shape Unigox’s B2B expansion strategy
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Business Development or strategic sales in crypto / fintech / payments
- Strong experience working with crypto payment solutions or payment infrastructure (on-ramp/off-ramp, fiat-to-crypto gateways, etc.)
- Proven track record of closing technical API integrations and B2B partnerships
- Deep understanding of crypto payment flows, user pain points and integration challenges
- Excellent English (written and spoken). Russian or other languages — strong plus
- Results-driven, self-starter mindset with strong CRM and pipeline management skills
You’ll stand out if you have:
- Experience in early-stage crypto or fintech startups
- Existing network of contacts in crypto payments / wallets / exchanges / fintech — people you can immediately reach out to and start collaborating with
- Experience with payment integrations in iGaming / online casino / betting (strong plus)
- Basic technical understanding of APIs, webhooks and integration processes
