Marketing Director (Automotive Radar): Leading business development and product strategy for next-generation automotive radar solutions with an accent on ADAS market adoption and OEM/Tier1 relationship management. Focus on defining product roadmaps, maximizing business growth, and solving complex challenges in autonomous driving safety regulation.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Munich, Germany

What you will do

Build and maintain strategic relationships with Tier1, OEM, and ecosystem partners.
Define and drive the product roadmap for next-generation automotive radar solutions.
Own business cases, product launches, and comprehensive lifecycle management.
Direct investment and design-win activities to achieve significant business growth.
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver complete system-level solutions.
Develop marketing messaging, PR activities, and internal/external training programs.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in business development within the semiconductor, Tier1, or automotive OEM industry.
Deep understanding of ADAS sensors (Radar, Camera, LIDAR) including silicon, software, and systems.
Strong background in ADAS software requirements, including AI, security, and sensor fusion.
Proven ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders globally.
Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
