What you will do

• Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions using the Brossa functional language.
• Own the design, configuration, and delivery of specifications for various insurance lines of business.
• Act as a trusted technical partner, shaping solutions that align with client strategic goals.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to customize the platform.
• Manage platform integrations and ensure reliable technical delivery and support.
• Demonstrate product value and technical credibility to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in programming with comfort in domain-specific or functional languages.
• Must be able to work from the office in London 2-3 days per week.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex, real-world challenges.
• Experience thriving in a fast-changing scale-up environment.
• Ability to learn new platforms and domains quickly.
