What you will do
- Build and evolve hirify.global’s partner ecosystem across the Nordics.
- Identify and recruit high-potential consultancy & agency partners.
- Develop and execute joint business plans and co-marketing initiatives.
- Drive co-sell motions together with Nordic sales teams.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing with partner organizations.
- Act as the voice of partners internally, ensuring alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or SaaS sales.
- Experience from SaaS, retail, commerce ecosystems, or MarTech is highly relevant.
- Strong understanding of the Nordic retail and e-commerce landscape.
- Ability to drive structured partner plans while operating in a growth environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
