What you will do
- Manage 30-40 simultaneous smaller-scale implementation projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate daily with clients to gather information, provide status updates, and manage expectations.
- Maintain accurate project schedules, documentation, and tracking within internal systems.
- Support technical resource teams to ensure timely project delivery across the portfolio.
- Identify and report project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to the PMO.
- Ensure adherence to consistent delivery standards for all active implementations.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States
- 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or junior project management roles.
- Basic understanding of cyber security solutions and implementation processes.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume project environments and switch context effectively.
- Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with security tools such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, or similar solutions.
- CAPM certification or active progress toward PMP.
- Experience with enterprise project management and tracking tools.
