What you will do

• Manage 30-40 simultaneous smaller-scale implementation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate daily with clients to gather information, provide status updates, and manage expectations.
• Maintain accurate project schedules, documentation, and tracking within internal systems.
• Support technical resource teams to ensure timely project delivery across the portfolio.
• Identify and report project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to the PMO.
• Ensure adherence to consistent delivery standards for all active implementations.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States
• 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or junior project management roles.
• Basic understanding of cyber security solutions and implementation processes.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume project environments and switch context effectively.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with security tools such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, or similar solutions.
• CAPM certification or active progress toward PMP.
• Experience with enterprise project management and tracking tools.
