Project Leader

TL;DR

Project Leader: Managing cross-functional initiatives and project lifecycles with an accent on Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and delivery optimization. Focus on resource forecasting, budgeting, and utilizing tools like Azure DevOps and Confluence to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Location: Must be based in Portugal (Valid work permit or EU citizenship required for hybrid work in Porto).

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Utilize Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies to drive team productivity.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource forecasting.
• Create and maintain status reports, performance dashboards, and key metrics.
• Provide servant-leadership, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
• Manage project documentation and workflows using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Project Management, Delivery, or Scrum Master roles.
• Fluency in English (B2) is required.
• Strong expertise in project management tools including Azure DevOps, Jira, and MS Project.
• Proven ability in budgeting, cost control, and resource variance analysis.
• Must be based in Portugal and possess a valid work permit or EU citizenship for hybrid work in Porto.
