IT Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives including infrastructure, DevOps, and software development.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans for engineering teams.
• Maintain alignment between IT teams, Global PMO, and Product Owners.
• Monitor project execution, manage timelines, and proactively escalate blockers.
• Ensure project documentation, Jira structures, and Confluence pages are kept up to date.
• Prepare and present structured status updates to IT leadership.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management within a technical environment.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, infrastructure concepts, DevOps, and QA processes.
• Hands-on experience with Jira is mandatory.
• Ability to interpret and challenge technical requirements and delivery estimates.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the FX or fintech industry.
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum.
