What you will do
- Prospect and source new partners in assigned verticals and regions, primarily DACH.
- Lead full sales cycles including business case building, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Manage executive relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level, VP) at partner organizations.
- Ensure smooth handover of partnerships to marketing and account management teams.
- Gather market intelligence and contribute to refining go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Sales roles
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B2C distribution models across relevant sectors.
- Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and CRM skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and target-driven approach.
