What you will do

• Develop and manage credit risk strategies covering customer targeting, underwriting, and collections.
• Utilize QuickBooks customer cashflow data to enhance predictive modeling and risk management.
• Design A/B tests and hypothesis testing frameworks to evaluate credit risk and return trade-offs.
• Build monitoring frameworks and track key performance indicators to ensure strategy effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to the creation of innovative new financing products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in credit risk analytics and management.
• Proficiency in analytical tools including SQL, SAS, Python, R, and Tableau.
• Familiarity with credit scoring, regression modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Strong grasp of bureau attributes, cash flow data, and alternative data sources.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing stakeholders and driving decision-making.
