What you will do

• Lead the contract management function to ensure compliant, customer-focused commercial outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Account Support to deliver efficient, high-quality contracting support.
• Oversee end-to-end contract development, negotiation, approval, and ongoing management.
• Act as the escalation point for complex or higher-risk contract matters, ensuring appropriate governance and risk management.
• Coach, support, and develop a high-performing team through clear priorities and regular feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience leading or managing a contract management or commercial operations function.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines.
• Sound judgement in managing risk, governance, and complex commercial issues.
• People leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, or team development.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
