What you will do

• Own projects and workstreams that enable efficient delivery for major client accounts.
• Drive the implementation of new tech, tools, system developments, and migrations.
• Govern ways of working to optimize operational efficiency and simplification.
• Manage day-to-day workload, process documentation, and data capture across the team.
• Collaborate with internal and external counterparts including Planning, Tech, and Finance to ensure timely campaign reconciliation.

Requirements

• Strong media background with an understanding of media agency functions.
• Proven operational experience and project management expertise.
• Demonstrable skill in building and rolling out internal processes.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to influence as a change agent.

Nice to have

• Experience in data analysis and competence in Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and insights.
