What you will do
- Identify and target potential clients within the automotive repair industry and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges, present tailored solutions and live demonstrations of Identifix software.
- Lead the negotiation process, addressing client concerns and objections, and working to close deals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably within the automotive or vehicle repair industry.
- Strong understanding of the automotive repair industry and the challenges faced by repair shops.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical information.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
