What you will do

• Communicate with the management team to ensure facility needs are met.
• Maintain IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, and hardware.
• Implement security policies and procedures to safeguard systems and employee data.
• Evaluate system security in compliance with SOX and HIPAA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve internal systems.
• Develop disaster recovery playbooks and operational implementation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience.
• 4-6 years of IT experience.
• Experience with label printer and scanning technology.
• Experience with customer support, including knowledge of Mac OS X and Windows.
• Familiarity with Cisco Meraki and Cisco Catalyst.
• Up to 25% travel may be required to sites across the United States.
