What you will do

• Provide enterprise desktop support for the Army in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and configure Windows-based systems.
• Administer desktops using enterprise toolsets such as MCM, VMware Mirage, and VMware Horizon.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ensure desktop configuration compliance with DoD and Army regulations.
• Document technical troubleshooting efforts.

Requirements

• Must have Security+ CE certification prior to hire.
• Must acquire Microsoft desktop certification, MD-102 (or higher), AZ-900 (or higher), or CompTIA A+, within 6 months of hire.
• HS + 2 years of experience in a technical field, AA/AS, or BA/BS, to include up to one year of hands-on Windows desktop administration.
• Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration.
• Experience with physical and virtual (VMware) desktops.
• Experience with zero client environments.
