What you will do

• Manage end-to-end technical readiness for physical and virtual executive sessions.
• Provide live technical support during executive leadership calls and customer briefings.
• Maintain and monitor EBC demo environments and collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate across internal teams including Infrastructure, Enterprise Apps, and Product.
• Develop and maintain operational runbooks and technical readiness checklists.
• Drive continuous improvement in system reliability and session responsiveness.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in IT Operations or Infrastructure Support.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in Windows and Mac environment support.
• Deep understanding of networking fundamentals and collaboration tools (Google, Zoom, Teams, Webex).
• Ability to work under pressure in high-visibility environments.
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AV systems and conference room technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL or structured service management frameworks.
• Exposure to Identity & Access Management and cybersecurity compliance.
