TL;DR

Location: Flexible/Remote (must be in US)

Salary Range: $145,000 - $155,000

What you will do

  • Collaborate with management to define the ideal profile for prospective partners.
  • Conduct research and screening to identify, qualify, and secure potential partners.
  • Conduct monthly partner alignment sessions to review pipelines and formulate account penetration strategies.
  • Engage relevant internal resources to support partnership objectives and sales opportunities.
  • Drive the onboarding and activation of new partners, focusing on enabling and motivating their teams.
  • Provide feedback on tools and programs based on partner and market insights.

Requirements

  • Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets and analyze partner performance data.
  • 5–10 years of experience in channel or partnerships roles within payments, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
  • Deep understanding of payments partner ecosystem and GTM models.
  • Track record of building successful joint revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Strong ability to influence and work across executive stakeholders, partner sales, and technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

  • Payments Industry Background.
  • Sales Enablement or Partner Marketing Exposure.
  • Strong background working in the credit union space.
