What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coach the payroll team to ensure continuous development and operational excellence.
• Conduct comprehensive review and audit of global payroll processes, leveraging systems like Workday and ActivPayroll.
• Manage global equity processing in all regions.
• Champion system and process improvements within Workday and other platforms.
• Actively identify, evaluate, and implement new payroll technologies, including AI and advanced automation use cases.
• Develop and maintain global payroll policies, processes, procedures, and related internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in payroll.
• 10+ years’ experience in progressive payroll positions in high-growth, public and multinational companies.
• Experience working in a publicly traded, high-tech, high-growth company where equity compensation is common.
• Extensive proficiency with Workday Payroll, including reporting, system configuration and enhancements.
• Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
