Salary: €45,950–€51,700 EUR per year

What you will do

  • Process global and in-house payrolls, including statutory filing requirements and approvals.
  • Update and maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Support the Payroll Operations team with administrative tasks and manage Zendesk ticket queues.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding payroll inquiries.
  • Ensure full data integrity and manage pension uploads.
  • Build and continuously improve payroll processes from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Experience with in-house payroll processing for specific countries.
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices.
  • Proficiency in software tools like SAP, Excel, or Google Sheets.
  • An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
  • English: B2 required for application and communication.
