Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist (Martech): Manages the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, acting as the primary technical architect and strategic lead with an accent on technical implementation and business goals. Focus on overseeing platform health, managing data integrations, and collaborating with global stakeholders to build scalable, automated customer journeys.
Location: Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

What you will do
- Lead the day-to-day management of SFMC, including Business Unit hierarchy and user permissions.
- Design and maintain complex Automation Studio workflows and Journey Builder paths using SQL and Ampscript/SSJS.
- Consult with Marketing and Sales teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Monitor data extensions and integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
- Oversee A/B testing frameworks and deliverability monitoring, sharing performance insights with the Marketing Analytics team.
- Develop documentation and train team members on new SFMC features.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in SQL and Ampscript.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS for email rendering and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
- Familiarity with the Salesforce CRM connector (MC Connect).
- A logical thinker who enjoys problem-solving with complex data flows.
- Advanced English is mandatory (Global role), fluent is preferable.
