What you will do

• Lead the planning, management, and execution of marketing strategies for the Advanced Wound Care (AWC) portfolio in Brazil.
• Execute global New Product Introduction (NPI) and commercialization processes at the local level, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market needs.
• Manage pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Implement and adapt portfolio strategies for the Brazilian market, translating global objectives into effective local initiatives.
• Define and execute local action plans to increase hirify.global’s market penetration and strengthen customer engagement.
• Provide strategic marketing support to local sales managers, distribution channels, sales representatives, and clinical specialists to drive commercial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university, preferably in Marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or medical device market.
• Advanced English
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Experience in product management/or development working in a health care or medical device environment.
• Demonstrated success working and building relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
• Spanish
• Communication, analytical, and marketing skills.
