What you will do
- Communicate and collaborate with the management team to address the facility's needs.
- Maintain IT operations, including systems, security, email, laptops, software, and hardware.
- Implement security policies and procedures.
- Evaluate system security for compliance with SOX and HIPAA.
- Build and maintain SOPs and documentation.
- Assist with the development of Disaster Recovery playbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant work experience (preferred but not required).
- 4-6 years of IT experience.
- Experience in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in implementing solutions to complex business-critical problems.
- Experience with label printer and scanning technology.
- Experience with user-centric customer support and strong technical knowledge of Mac OS X and Windows.
- Familiarity with Cisco Meraki and Cisco Catalyst.
- Up to 25% travel may be required as needed to sites across the United States.
