TL;DR

Account Executive (Sales): Driving net new business for a global HR platform with an accent on prospecting, pipeline management, and closing complex commercial deals in the APAC market. Focus on building and managing a high-velocity sales pipeline, delivering compelling product presentations, and solving unique business needs for small and mid-sized customers.

Location: Must be based in Australia or New Zealand

Compensation: $74,656–$188,976 USD (OTE, with base salary at 50%)

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Self-generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Present the product suite to prospective customers, identifying pain points and designing tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and business completion.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Australia or New Zealand.
  • Business fluency in English is essential.
  • Proven experience as a hunter in a B2B sales or SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, playbooks, and tech stacks (Salesforce, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, Outreach).
  • Ability to confidently handle complex commercial and pricing objections.

  • Experience selling into other additional APAC markets.
