What you will do

• Analyze large-scale behavioral gaming datasets to uncover patterns in player behavior, engagement, retention, and cross-game activity.
• Develop statistical models and analytical frameworks to serve as the foundation for data products and insights.
• Translate complex behavioral data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform marketing, product, and community strategy.
• Communicate analytical findings through clear narratives, data visualizations, and presentations for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to integrate behavioral data with survey and community sentiment.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal and client-facing analytical tools, workflows, and methodologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles.
• Strong experience working with large behavioral datasets and complex data environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Python or R (or similar tools) for statistical analysis and modeling.
• Experience building models such as clustering, classification, regression, and predictive modeling; machine learning experience a plus.
• Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or querying large-scale datasets is a plus.
• Interest in gaming, entertainment, or digital ecosystems.
