What you will do

• Build full stack solutions across hirify.global's ecosystem, including backend services, dashboard interfaces, money movement systems, and integrations with other hirify.global primitives.
• Partner with product management and design to ship high impact features that increase user autonomy and reduce friction.
• Use strong analytical skills to test hypotheses with data and ensure solutions meet hirify.global’s reliability SLOs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across hirify.global’s broader platform and product teams to integrate agentic commerce capabilities seamlessly.
• Engage directly with users to understand their business needs and translate requirements into novel product shapes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience with a computer science background and hands-on development expertise.
• Proven experience coaching and developing senior and staff level individual contributors.
• Demonstrated experience of leading initiatives that touch large engineering organizations, spanning multiple teams to influence tech roadmap planning and execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, structuring ambiguous concepts clearly and from first principles.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment involving different functions, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
• Deep empathy for users balancing autonomy and guidance in digital commerce experiences.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience building APIs or new integration experiences for users, several of them being enterprise grade.
• Experience in eCommerce.
• AI-native and very comfortable autonomously solving problems with agentic AI tools.
