What you will do

• Deliver all sales forecasts for the Benelux market ensuring consistency with global frameworks.
• Analyze performance, market dynamics, and consumer trends across physical and digital retail channels.
• Develop and evolve synthetic cross-channel sales dashboards and reporting tools.
• Provide expert analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to drive commercial performance.
• Collaborate with EMEA and global analytics communities to share best practices and methodologies.
• Create high-quality insight materials and presentations tailored for executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales forecasting and market analysis.
• Strong technical data skills, specifically advanced Excel and BI/data visualization tools like Domo.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into clear, strategic business recommendations.
• English: Proficiency required
• Dutch: Mandatory fluency
• Strong commercial understanding of both retail and digital market environments.
